Brown and stew your ox-tail

On one occasion, I seasoned the ox-tail and fried it until the ox-tail was brown. I then put the ox-tail in a foil pan. I placed the foil pan in the oven with two cups of hot water  and brown stew the ox-tail for about two and a half hours until the ox-tail was well done. The ox-tail was very flavor and tasty. The meat just melts in your mouth. It was delicious. I made white rice to eat with the ox-tail. You can make a salad of tomatoes, onion, lettuce and carrots.
